Kongduk or Jogi Hafong, Bandarban [Complete Tour Guide]

Bandarban is the location of the Konduk or Yogyaphong in Bandar-Myanmar border. A name known to Yogi Hafang to the hill lovers.

 Yogi Hafang/Kongduk is the fourth highest mountain. The height of Kangduk or Zogi Hafong is 983 meters or 322 feet.

This hill comprises the Modak range located in a very remote area along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border. Among the highest mountains in the mountains of the Modak range is highest in Bangladesh.

The mountains of this range stand in the middle and separate Myanmar from Bangladesh.

 The young and prospective climber of Bangladesh, Salehin Arshadi, made roughly six such rounds.

The problem is that there are many sub summits in Yogi, in which many people do not understand whether they have gone to the original summit.

  • 1st day: Bandarban - Thanchi (LocalBus) - Remakri (boat) - Dalianpara (trekking-3 hours)
  • Day 2: Dalianpara (with local guide) Yogi Hafang Chura (coming to 8/10 hours)
  • Day 3: Dalianpara - Nafakhum Jharna - Remakri-Thanchi-Bandarban.
  • 4th Day: Back to Dhaka


How to go

From Bandarban to bus or jeep to go to Thanchi first. Remaki Bari, from the Thanchi to the boat, from there, walked in the direction of 3-hour walk to Daliyan. It takes one day from the Daliyan para come back to the mountain.
